We will take you for a walk around the farm and the vineyards then into the cellar where you will get to see the various stages of the winemaking process. Finally we will move on to the best part…the TASTING!!

Bologna known by Italians as “the fat one” is considered by many to be the fulcrum of Italian gastronomic tradition.
Modena, a stone’s throw away, is certainly not far behind.
Corte d’Aibo is located exactly halfway between these two food capitals in an area unequaled in terms of quality and quantity of excellent products.
The staff at Corte d’Aibo will be happy to assist you in the organization of visits to some of the most important producers of local specialities such as Parmigiano Reggiano and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Perhaps you might also like to see an 18th century flour mill that still grinds using an ancient stone and produces nutritious and genuine products? There are many less renowned artisan producers in the area offering a variety of goods of an equal high quality.
A really tasty programme! For more information contact us at: info@cortedaibo.it
