From fresh pasta to soups, from garden vegetables to the best cuts of meat, from bread to small dry pastries and spoon desserts: in the kitchen of Corte d’Aibo we follow the changing of the seasons to guarantee you maximum freshness and flavor . Simple foods, but prepared with care and a pinch of flair, which mix the most classic Emilian flavors with the poorest, but no less tasty, of the peasant tradition.
